I used The Parking Spot last week why pay airport parking prices if you don’t have to?? The rate was much better, booking online was super easy, and I liked seeing the total upfront before I even got there. The shuttle showed up quickly too, so overall it felt like a really solid deal for the money??

Check-in was super fast and I didn’t have to wait around, which I really appreciated. Check-out was just as easy, and I was able to get to my car and head out quickly. Everything went smoothly, that was exactly what I needed

I parked here late at night and felt safe the whole time. The lot was well lit, which made a big difference for me, and I got the impression it was a secure, easy place to leave my car.

I had a problem with my booking and reached out to support, not really expecting it to be sorted that quickly. But they got back to me fast and seemed to read between the lines about what was going wrong, so it didn’t turn into a whole back-and-forth. They fixed it quickly, i was happy with how easy it ended up being.

The lot was really close to the airport, which made my trip way easier. Parking was simple, getting in and out was no hassle, and I’d definitely use it again.

The bill came out exactly like it showed when I booked. No random fees or anything sketchy tacked on, so overall it felt straightforward and honest.

I usually only book The Parking Spot when I can find a coupon or promo code, because without one the prices can feel a little steep. The discounts are definitely helpful, and I’ll give them credit for making the codes easy to apply, but I still sometimes come away feeling like I didn’t save as much as I hoped.

The rewards program is just kind of underwhelming for me. The points add up really slowly unless you’re traveling all the time, so for someone who only parks there occasionally, it doesn’t feel like much of a perk. It’s not terrible, but I do wish the benefits felt more useful for regular customers...

I didn’t really have to sit there wondering where to go, which was nice because I was already thinking about my flight and, whether I’d packed everything. The lot did seem monitored, and I noticed staff driving around, which made me feel better. When I got back, my car was exactly how I left it. The only thing that made me a bit uneasy was that one row could’ve used better lighting. Overall, though, it felt secure.

I was expecting the usual parking headache, but the covered spots were actually available and easy to find. Such a relief not having to circle around forever.

I’ve parked at The Parking Spot a few times now, and overall it’s been a smooth experience :). The lot is easy to get in and out of, and the staff I’ve dealt with have been friendly enough!!

The only reason I’d knock it down to 4 stars is the shuttle wait on the way back. Getting to the airport was quick, but after my return flight I waited around 18-20 minutes, which felt a little long when I was tired and ready to get home :-/

I booked a spot ahead of time and it was actually there when I arrived, which was a relief. The lot had plenty of space too, so I didn’t have to drive around looking. There was a short wait at the gate, but nothing too bad. Overall it was fine, got parked and left

The shuttle driver just came across as someone who takes pride in doing the job well, he was friendly, professional, and even helped with my bag before I had to ask. The ride felt safe, and we got to the airport quickly. After a long travel day, that kind of small courtesy makes a big difference. I’d definitely use them again

I used the shuttle a couple times recently, and both times it showed up quickly. Since my latest experiences were easy and hassle-free, I’d say it’s been dependable for me.

Well... overall it was a clean and well-kept lot. The bathrooms were clean too, though the lot could use a few minor fixes here and there.

The driver was super nice and helped get my heavy luggage loaded really quickly, pickup was simple and stress-free, and the whole thing went smoothly even though I did have to wait a little longer than expected on the way back.
